Prof. Morgan Liu, associate professor of Near Eastern languages and cultures, has been elected to serve as the next president of the Central Eurasian Studies Society. Ohio State will be hosting the organization’s annual conference in October 2020, with support from the East Asian Studies Center, among other units.
