Dr. Jeffrey Lewis is a Professor at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California and a scholar at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.  He is the author of three books, including a novel about a nuclear war between the United States and North Korea, The 2020 Commission Report on the North Korean Nuclear Attacks Against the United States.  Dr. Lewis is also founding publisher of the Arms Control Wonk weblog, as well as the cohost of the podcast of the same name.
