Do you want to learn how to explain the valuable skills and competencies that you have developed and can offer to potential employers? In this workshop you will learn about the career readiness competencies that employers seek when recruiting college students for full-time employment.  By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to identify your specific Global & Multicultural Competencies, and how to incorporate those competencies into your resume and interview responses.This is the second event of EASC’s two-part career series in Autumn 2019. The first career event, “Are You 21st Century Ready? How to Get the Most Out of Your Japanese Language Class to Succeed” by Hideki Hara, Director of The Japan Foundation, Los Angeles, will take place on Thursday, September 19 from 4:00 – 5:30pm. The Center for Career and Professional Success (Arts and Sciences) and the East Asian Studies Center present the Professionalization Workshop 2019 Part 2, "East Asian Language Skills and Competencies Workshop." for students taking Chinese, Japanese and Korean language.
