Fellowships are available for Ohio State graduate and professional school students as well as undergraduate students of junior or senior standing (restrictions apply) pursuing a course of study requiring advanced foreign language and area studies training. Subject to approval, FLAS fellowships may also be used for foreign language and area studies at other U.S. or foreign institutions. Applications will be submitted online and are due by Tuesday, February 1, 2022, 4:30 p.m. EST. Detailed application instructions can be found at 2022-2023 FLAS Fellowship Information.
