2026 and Beyond: Title VI and the Future of International Education
This workshop is intended to provide technical assistance to those who are considering applying for Title VI funding during the upcoming grant cycle, and to offer numerous engagement and networking opportunities for potential applicants. It will also offer panels focused on the future of Title VI and international education programs overall, with the aim of ensuring that American universities are positioned to meet the global challenges facing the next generation. Officials from the Department of Education will be present to lead workshops about the next round of NRC and FLAS competitions, and will also hold “office hours” by appointment. Through this workshop, we hope to provide participants with opportunities to meet with colleagues, build partnerships, share promising practices and strategies, and envision the next steps in ensuring the ability of this vital program to meet the future challenges of the global environment.
This workshop will be held at the Blackwell Inn and Conference Center, located on The Ohio State University's main campus at 2110 Tuttle Park Place, Columbus, Ohio 43210.
