2017-2018 "EASC expOSUre" now available
The East Asian Studies Center invites you to view the electronic publication of the Academic Year 2017-2018 EASC expOSUre newsletter. You can access the newsletter here. This issue includes columns from the EASC, ICS, IJS, and IKS faculty directors, faculty and student updates, as well as the following feature articles:
Focus on student fellowships: Read about how EASC's Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships help train the next generation of East Asia experts. A summary of the outcomes of the 2014-2018 Title VI FLAS grant is included.
Focus on institutional partnerships: EASC's vibrant partnership with Spelman College, a historically black women's college in Atlanta, is highlighted. In addition, EASC's efforts to expand access to East Asian expertise through collaborations with Columbus State Community College and Lakeland Community College are discussed.
