Awa Odori is an Obon dance native Tokushima Prefecture in Japan with 400 years of history. Takarabune was founded by Akira Yonezawa from Tokushima, and the members are mostly in their teens and twenties, the majority of whom have more than 10 years of experience.

During this special event, the members of Takarabune will give a performance and teach attendees how to dance Awa Odori.

The event is free, but we do ask participants to register so we know how many participants to expect.
