Lesson Plans

Lesson Plans developed in partnership with OSU:

National Consortium for Teaching about Asia Lesson Plan Bank:

The East Asian Studies Center coordinates National Consortium for Teaching about Asia programs for the state of Ohio (NCTA-Ohio). Each NCTA seminar participant works with Ohio faculty members to create three lesson plans on East Asia as the final product of their seminar. NCTA-Ohio makes these lesson plans available to teachers around the world in their lesson plan bank.

On the following pages, you will find lesson plans on China, Japan, Korea and East Asia in various categories: art and architecture, culture, economics, education, general, geography, history, language, literature, politics and religion.
