Japanese Speech Contest deadline approaches
The Institute for Japanese Studies is pleased to support the 18th Annual Japanese Speech Contest which is hosted by the Japan-America Society of Central Ohio with help from the Japanese Student Organization at OSU. High school and university Japanese language students from any school in Ohio are invited to submit their applications to be received by December 20, 2016 to be eligible. Details of the contest, including eligibility, handbook, and application form are available at http://jas-co.org/SpeechContest Finalists will compete on Saturday, March 4, 2017 in Dublin, Ohio.
