Dr. Thomas Kasulis, Emeritus Professor of Comparative Studies at OSU will provide an introduction to Shinto, an indigenous religion of the Japanese people, and discuss how Shinto is manifested in Japanese culture. Come meet a renowned expert on Japanese religious thought, and learn more about the unique culture of Japan! Students and JASCO members are FREE to attend, and non-members can attend for $10. For an additional $10, participants can purchase a Japanese Lunch Box and join the private lunch/discussion with Dr. Kaulis after the lecture. Japanese Interpretation will be available.
